    How much times a week should one perform this exercise?

  3. @knajills Hi, Try three times or more a week. You will be able to feel the improvement in a month. Start from 10sec and try to increase if you have not done it before. Lee

  9. i will be very appreciate T_T wanted to learn this skill so badly…my slice always hit the frame or the shuttle just go straight where it wont go cross…dissapointing

    As a request – I've heard so much about "double motion" shots. Since its a very quick movement there are no videos on this.
    It would be nice to see how this actually works. Thanks for your tireless efforts on all these videos.

  19. Sir if i give 1:30 –2:00 hrs of self exercise practice to myself for improvement of my game and fitness what exercises can i do in total, including a 100 squats and 300 skippings. I agree to do even the hardest of them. But i dont have anyone to seperately give me shuttle practice except in my coachings !!! 😔😓 Can you please list those practices for me, sir ! 💪💪😤
