  1. How many times a week?? This is really for power and you have to have some rest as well!! It's a compound movement just like the squat!! Good exercise as you lunge always…. Except if you perform an jump or scissor lunge/split squad in air… Great for going to mid court from your base to front court each side!! Nice Lee

  2. gym training should be done in alternate days or we can do it regularly because some people says gym training loose down your speed so please answer
