  5. Thank you for that ! I love your videos. You're a great coach. I have a question : I think that doing 2 steps 1 does not give you a lot of distance, maximum 10 cm as you can see in the video. Step one is not a very long step. so I don't think this is very effective. You're student is on it because he knows that the shuttle is going there. What do you think of making 2 steps 2 ( you know like jumping and slipping on the court a little bit) like many players do. Instead of making a big and strong step 2 you use it to travel more, and on the second step 2 you turn to step 3. It think it is more effective to travel a long distance. Tell me what you think.
