  1. thx coach lee…i hav improved alot and alot after watching ur videos…but in badminton is all about wrist work ? because i have a friend with very muscular right hand cant hit shuttle from rear court to another , but my another friend with very thin hand can hit the shuttle from rear to rear and the shuttle goes very high

  2. Yes wrist is important but same time the strength of fore arm, shouldther, right step
timing of impact, impact point and most importantly the power of your hand and finger is very importnat. So continue to training to develop your hand and fingers. I am pleased to know you are enjoying my clips. Lee

  3. Hello Coach Lee, mostly player did it from step 1 to 7 but there is a weakness on practice watching and back to the base…do nothing after hit and move slow to the base. Put the racket not in level position either to low or to high. When opponent play at the net most player can not return the shuttle to right way. I hope to recover this step by making a lot of practice. Thank you Lee.

  4. Good points and quality practice make things better. Happy training. Lee

  5. Hi Coach Lee,

Thanks for this video. I really am studying it to improve may way of playing badminton.

I just want to clarify what is the difference between clear and smash? Because I find the two strokes similar but I think how to hit the shuttlecock will make the difference. May I know how will I hit the shuttlecock if I want clear or smash?

    Thanks again. =)

  6. The impact point of smash will be bit more in front of your body then clear. The step after smash will be less then smash. You should be ready for smash then hit clear then it will be much more deceptive. Lee

  7. Lee how do you clear when your wrist are tired?
