Badminton-Footwork Skill (7) Backhand Lift Step in Doubles

Backhand lift step is 4 or 5 depending on how far you are but there is starter step, stop and there must be recovery steps but because I lift high, when I get back to the base I should use extra steps to make the timing right ok, ready 1 2 3 4 1 2 3 4 make 1 clear

  1. Thank you very much for your kind comment. Lee

  2. The power of finger is too important to make sure the shuttle go straight to the back of the court. By watching the clip, you did the very simple backhand lift but the bird look so fast in moving…Thanks coach Lee.

  3. Thank you for your comment. Because of it is simple the shuttle goes far. If a player makes big swing he will lose timing and power. Please remember simple is the best possible and advanced way. Kind regards
