Badminton Forehand Net Deceptive Flick (1) What is it?

Forehand Net Deceptive Flick (I) What is it? Forehand net deceptive flick I would like to show that technique It can be used in singles little more but also in doubles and mixed doubles it can be used there are many ways to lift shuttlecock from the net normal way is swing lift but there is more advanced way to do it I would like to show what I mean by deceptive forehand net In order for you to see better I removed the net away so net is here have a look at it please hold hold hold what I am trying to do is I show my opponents this posture first and then from this posture I change the shots ok this is possible I call it hold the shuttlecock ok watch this so I am ready shuttle is coming immediately I hold the shuttlecock hold hold when I am holding the shuttlecock I am not only holding the shuttlecock when I am holding like that my opponent have to stop because he doesn’t know what I am going to do compare or If I hit like that my opponent can time it my hitting timing my opponent can see which direction I am hitting so he can predict compare again if I do that sometimes net sometimes cross sometimes flick sometimes flick so in this way I have all 4 shots and I can choose at the last moment Let’s say we are playing singles I am hitting flick 2 different ways one normal lift and another one hold and flick please see how much it changes ok go smash net I will lift normal way he will smash have a look please because I am doing that he can time it its not sharp so he can smash, one more In this he will do the net I will lift normal watch this please smash I do that normal lift like that he can smash same straight there yeah I do that yeah I do that easy to smash please watch what happens if I hold and hit hold hold hold because I hold it he has to stop I am making him stop and then I hit it so he will be late CoachingBadminton.com

  1. He makes it look so easy, but I learned how to perfectly smash watching his videos which is pretty amazing, especially since I only started playing 2 and a half months ago and I've never played before, and as a freshman I was automatically moved up to JV badminton team.

  2. Dr. Lee, I can understand the concept and perhaps can manage the drop and cross net but how can you lift the shuttle to the back of court without much effort? Using wrist power or something else?

  3. Unbelievably masterful…Very useful skill to learn…
