Badminton Forehand Net Deceptive Flick (6) How to Change Grip

Forehand Deceptive Flick (6) How to Change Grip How to change grip from neutral grip to forehand net ready so if you look from that way my palm is there my racket face is there palm face racket face ok watch slowly again ready, shuttle came now the wrong way I say wrong way because you will make a lot of mistakes ready like that did not change grip at all ready go so palm is there racket face is up so I can’t hit it forward ready no change of grip ready change grip ready change grip if I do quicker ready, there ready there ready, there ready there ready there you have to change grip inside your hand inside your hand the grip has to be changed inside inside your hands not just turning your wrist if you turn your wrist nothing changed you cannot use this technique you have to change grip inside your hand so from this grip when I change it like that its pan handle grip forehand net net drop or flick you have to have pan handle grip Visit coachingbadminton.com If you would like Coach Lee to see your action clip and make correction video for you. 1. tks coach Lee, your videos really helped me a lot.Do you think the palm should ideally always be at the same direcfion of the racket, as for example in the backhand net deceptive and other shots?

  2. All 5 digits (thumb + fingers) look in similar positions, but am I right in saying the difference is in the orientation of the racket (the angular position of the handle)? I watch many times and still not 100% on difference.
