I always have problem and don't seem to have enough power to send the shuttle to the back no matter how hard I try. I think I am missing something in my stroke – some technique I am not doing right or what. I turn my shoulders I swing as hard as I can, I try to use my wrist more etc but still don't have enough power the clear to send the shuttle to the back.Most of the time I reach 3/4 court. I've learned to smash and some backhands.I've seen korean professional playing and tried to imply their style and it helped. So all I have to do is learn by playing myself against other competing players as I can't go for training 🙂 ….So here comes your videos with excellent explanation which prove helpful. My biggest problem is covering the court as i get very tired and my heart starts beating rapidly. I am a doubles player, Height 6" wight 80 kg. In recent days I am facing pain in my paying arm while playing continuously for only two days. Pain is near "bicipital aponeurosis" & "brachialis". While playing; Pain is so hard that I can't even hold my hand up to receive service. Right now I ma taking rest to heal the pain. But I know that it will start again on Monday while practicing.
