  7. Hello Coach..I am really Interested in playing badminton and I have started playing badminton daily since a month.Infact I am trying to follow the tips you are suggesting in videos. But,looks like I am not holding the racquet proper way,and I am getting pain at finger joints of the hand.Can you please do a video on,best way to hold the racquet.
