    Are you back steping using left leg first? I mean when you move from no 1 to no 2, you use left leg first. Can use both leg? Hope you can understand my question.

  3. If shuttlecock is going deep then you can do te first step (the step one) two times moving backward then use left leg. If shuttlecock goes short and low then you can use right foot after the first step (step one) I hope you see my point but please ask again if you are not sure. Lee
