  1. Hello Lee, this drill is so cool, but I have a question. on one after split step she is taking big lunge instead of small base step and move for better balance and control. I hope you understood my question.

  2. @TheLearningvideo It can be done both ways, yes you are right the way you mentioned will be able to move deeper with better balance but same time when shuttlecock is near then the way she is doing can be also used. Bit difficult to answer your question as am not sure if I understood your question well. She trys to improve the start step and lending step.
