How to improve a stroke out of the court  – The actual practice part 3– [tennis answers]


This video is for the players who have not enough time to practice on court or have just joined a club and no opportunity to hit a ball so often however, wish to improve tennis, wish to beat your rivals and win games. In this video, explaining how to swing out of court or out of practice time. I’m explaining about it in the split videos so please take a look at the previous one too as I will deliver this video based on them. In the last video, I have explained the method how to accelerate the centrifugal force created by the racket head and bring it to maximum. In this video, I am going to explain how to control this racket movement
at the end of a swing. It allows you to change the way for spin or flat when you are able to control this movement. As I have explained in the last video, the racket head is accelerated when it travels forwards by stopping the centrifugal force created in the racket. The method to control the racket movement
for a spin or a flat is how to control the direction of
the racket traveling through with the centrifugal force created by the racket Important thing is the body turns and because the fastest centrifugal force is
created by the racket, although the racket is traveling forwards, handling the racket from the wrist which means you are using only the strength of the wrist to hit a ball. The key point is how to control the racket movement while using this centrifugal force created in the racket. Imagine accelerating a car. The force is working forwards with the racket traveling through
accelerating from the body turning. Apply this as a car moving forward. When stopping the acceleration, the arm is continuing to travel forwards. For example, when you wish
the racket movement from the bottom upwards, change the movement from behind to forwards, make from the bottom upwards, the racket movement applies from the bottom upwards. I’ll demonstrate this. When the body axis is straight and turns,
the arm moves from the back to forwards and the racket travels forwards. When you are going to use a spin,
position this body axis diagonally and the power of the body accelerates from the bottom upwards. As the result, the car moves from the bottom upwards. When the body turns and
the arm moves from the bottom upwards and the racket travels upwards naturally by stopping the arm movement. This is how to control the racket movement. Do not control with the strength of the wrist. It is how to control a car accelerating and control the racket movement by stopping this movement. This is important.
