Nordic Racket Games 2015 – English subtitles

Racketlon Denmark presents Nordic Racket Games 2015 Mads Bojsen is crazy about racketlon… “Right now I am warming up.” …and he is participating for the 2nd time
in Nordic Racket Games. “When I was participating in the tournament
last year, I just felt: This is me!” “Racketlon is told shortly, a match where
I am playing the same opponent in table tennisbadminton… squash… and tennis. In that order.” Everybody can participate in the tournament,
Nordic Racket Games… and this year a total of 99 participants from 12 different countries takes part. Every participant plays in a category that
suits their level… and the reigning Danish World Champion is of course also present. “In racketlon you play four sets of 21 points.
Every point counts, and the winner is therefore… the player that has won the most points when
all four sets have been played.” Mads Bojsen wins the table tennis set… “21-14” …and then it is on to the next discipline. “Going for the badminton now” “I will referee the sideline and the short
service line. The rest you will ref yourselves.” “Racketlon appeals to me because of many reasons.
First of all the intensity: “Every point counts”. Mads Bojsen lose the set of badminton big. “21-1” “As predicted I got my ass kicked”. “Then we are going to the other hall”. “Squash is the next thing on the menu”. “It is one of the fascinating things about
racketlon. I can play against elite players… in one category, but still win the match,
because I overall is better at racket sports”. “It’s over! I lost so big that I cannot reach
him in tennis. It’s too bad”. Mads Bojsen is out of Nordic Racket Games
in single… “What do you say, Philip? Should we go and
hit a few balls in tennis?” “Yeah, I’d like that.” “Let’s do it!” Cause Mads Bojsen has also chosen to participate
at Nordic Racket Games in doubles. “So therefore it is good, also to get a feeling
of the tennis balls and the court, so I can be ready for the next few matches.” “The intensity that comes out of the fact
that every point, makes it so enjoyable to play.” “Good!” “Nice shot!”
