Shuttle Rules

Shuttle Rules

The CSI shuttle is primarily a safety feature so that our students don’t have to cross the busy highway to get to class. The shuttle will take you anywhere you want to go so long as it’s one of these four locations at these specific times. Meet Frank.
He is the CSI shuttle driver. He’s the one who gets you from here to here to here and here again. Frank’s a great guy who will always greet you with a good morning on your way in, and have a great day when you go back to your room. Frank is a smiley kind of guy, but frank will frown when you don’t follow Frank’s rules for riding the shuttle. Rule number 1: No feet on the seats. Putting your feet on the seats makes them smelly, or muddy, or snowy or salty depending on the time of year. It also makes Frank frown.
And you won’t like frank when he frowns. Rule number 2: No open food or drink on the shuttle. Food and drinks are messy, and the constant stop and start of the shuttle makes for a perfect storm of spillage. And there’s nothing that Frank hates more than a mess on his shuttle. Rule number 3: Don’t leave garbage. Trash, refuse, waste, litter, junk, scrap,
and for our British contingent, rubbish. Bottom line, don’t leave any on the shuttle. Rule number 4: be respectful. This can mean many things, but the bottom line is that any behaviour that is disrespectful will get you a frown from Frank. Rule number 5: Don’t let yourself get left behind. The CSI shuttle has a maximum ridership limit. Anyone who cannot fit in front of the yellow line before the shuttle leaves the stop will be asked to step off. Please allow yourself extra time to get to class during these times of increased ridership. The CSI shuttle is a great service that saves you time and keeps you safe. We hope it helps you during your time at Conestoga. And remember, if Frank is smiling then you’re smiling too.
