Basket to beat Duke makes GoFundMe for Stephen F. Austin basketball player’s family skyrocket


One thing can still unite Americans: Duke basketball losing.  Nathan Bain, a forward on the Stephen F Austin men’s basketball team, hit a buzzer-beating layup to take down the No. 1-ranked Blue Devils in overtime in Durham, N C., last night. It was the kind of thing that’s just not supposed to happen. Prior to last night, Duke most recently lost in a nonconference home game in 2000 Bain wasn’t even in kindergarten.
